In
1977, Craig graduated from Dartmouth College in 1977 and received a Bachelor
of Arts degrees in philosophy and comparative literature. He graduated
summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa . He received the Rufus Choate award.
In 1980, Craig received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago
Law School. While at the University of Chicago he had the privilege of
taking his contracts course from Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Craig Aronson has been practicing law for 28 years. He began his legal
career at Hagenbaugh & Murphy where he rose to the level of the partner
in charge of the insurance coverage and business litigation practices.
He was with Hagenbaugh & Murphy for 14 ½ years. When Hagenbaugh
& Murphy disbanded, Craig joined Berger Kahn as a partner in their
coverage unit and the partner in charge of business related to “advertising
injury” claims. He also had frequent involvement in professional
liability matters. He was a partner with Berger Kahn for 11 years.
In 2006, Craig joined Gaglione, Dolan & Kaplan. He continues to handle
a wide range of coverage and litigation matters, especially those that
call for an analytic and strategic approach. He has authored thousands
of coverage opinions and litigated hundreds of cases. His background,
experience, business sensitivity and results-oriented approach to law
has been appreciated by his clients. He has consistently received favorable
outcomes.
He is a longstanding member of the California Bar Association. He assists
with the effort to find a cure for Altzheimer’s disease.
